When you upload a session recording to PlaynVoice, it's instantly transcribed, and the original recording is fully deleted (Zero Data Retention Policy).
To ensure the anonymity of your patients and clients we remove all the sensitive information from the transcripts, such as names, dates of birth and places.
We are fully compliant with all Swiss and European (GDPR) data protection laws. We securely store all our data on Microsoft infrastructure in Switzerland.
